ELEMIS is seeking Christmas Customer Care Consultants for a fixed-term full-time role at our Filton office. You will handle inbound calls, live chat and emails, delivering luxury service and making product recommendations to enhance the customer experience during peak season.
Hours are 40 per week, Mon-Fri with possible Saturday shifts. Hybrid model: three on-site days in Filton and two home-working days after training. Start 9 December; end 31 December. Immediate availability preferred.
