Description

The Campaign Assistant will support the Campaign Marketing Manager in the creation, development and execution of strategic360 activation plans for NPD launches, collections, limited editions and key brand moments.

As part of the global brand team, the Campaign Assistant will work with the APAC, EMEA, UK and US markets to support on global campaigns – whilst also working with the creative team on marketing assets and toolkits.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the Campaigns Manager on the delivery of best-in-class, strategic campaign activation plans to support the Global Marketing Calendar for NPD launches, core product repulses, limited edition collections and seasonal moments.
  • Support on the build + development of campaign of Global campaign briefs, linking in with local marketing and creative teams to ensure it is in line with their needs and executed to a high standard.
  • Assist in the development and roll-out of campaign toolkits, communicating with teams to ensure relevant and fit-for-purpose materials and assets are received, accessible and understood ahead of launch.
  • Link in with the visual merchandising team to ensure they are supported in bringing the campaign to life in retail, whilst also providing assets for delivery when needed.
  • Own the weekly campaign status piece with marketing operations, providing a consistent line of comms with market leads on status of campaigns, deliverables and feedback with the local marketing teams in APAC, EMEA, UK and US.
  • Work with the campaigns Marketing Manager on creating agendas for local market calls and providing detailed minutes and next steps following each call
  • Act as a brand guardian and ensure all local markets’ creative work meets brand guidelines.
  • Carry out an insightful and action driven monthly competitor analysis to ensure we are driving innovation and best practice, continuing to be the authority and leader within the skincare category.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with the Campaign Manager to track campaign spend, vendor set up, process invoices and help manage Global brand budget
  • Track usage rights for licensed images, ensuring that they are being utilised within the agreed terms
  • Aggregate and organize lab samples and pre-production samples for the Global Marketing Team and Creative.
  • Support in the building and delivery of post campaign analysis reports for campaigns, collating and organizing results by markets to share in townhalls.
  • Support the internal newsletter by collating & organizing submissions from the market to share key newsworthy moments across all channels.

Sustainability Responsibility

  • Work with the team on key Global Social Moments to bring awareness to the company’s sustainability efforts
  • Support in the management of the recycling instructions for all product SKUs to ensure transparency with our consumers on elemis.com

The Perfect Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in beauty and/or lifestyle marketing and/or project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written & verbal skills
  • Multi-tasker and great organisational skills
