Elemis is seeking a Customer Care Consultant on a 12-month maternity cover to deliver luxury service across calls, live chat and email from Bristol.
The role includes bookings, orders, enquiries and complaints handling with a focus on excellence and product recommendations.
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a hybrid working model: three days on-site in Filton, Bristol and two days remote.
Shift times vary between 9:00-17:30 and 10:00-18:30.
