We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Retail Marketing Manager to support the Senior Retail Marketing Manager in developing and delivering a best‑in‑class retail marketing strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in activating integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening retailer partnerships, and driving commercial performance across the retail channel. Working cross‑functionally with teams across Commercial, Digital, CRM, Creative, PR, Social, Visual Merchandising, Education and New Product Development, you will help bring innovative campaigns, launches and events to life while ensuring a seamless omni‑channel customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the retail marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Adapt global marketing calendars and campaign toolkits for the UK retail channel, delivering impactful 360° marketing campaigns, product launches and events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative activation plans, campaign content and launch strategies that drive engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the planning and execution of in‑store events, promotional activities and retail experiences that enhance brand visibility and customer connection.
  • Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives by partnering with National Account Managers and retail partners to secure and deliver effective marketing support.
  • Drive key retail performance indicators, including footfall, traffic, average order value, basket size, customer acquisition, CRM growth and loyalty across retail channels.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive retail marketing toolkits, including POS materials, digital assets, PDP content, seasonal campaigns and promotional support.
  • Monitor and support visual merchandising standards, ensuring retail environments align with brand guidelines, planograms and key campaign objectives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and retail partners to deliver high‑quality marketing materials while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights and present recommendations to optimise future retail marketing activity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in retail, trade or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury, lifestyle or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of omni‑channel retail marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of retail KPIs and business planning processes.
  • Experience working closely with retail partners, account teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in‑store activation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide performance insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, budget management experience and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
