Responsibilities & Objectives

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Elemica's Director of Product Marketing will own positioning, competitive differentiation, messaging, and enablement for a connected set of network‐enabled solutions spanning order management, logistics execution, supplier collaboration, and visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute launch programs, build content and tools that accelerate revenue, and use the Voice of the Customer to continually sharpen our story.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partners to deliver the programs and proof that move deals forward across every GTM route.
  • Own portfolio positioning and value proposition – define differentiated messaging for assigned solutions and personas, ensuring clarity across Sales, Marketing, and Partner channels.
  • Plan and execute launches – lead cross‐functional GTM launch programs from messaging and asset creation to enablement and measurement.
  • Create high‐impact content – develop messaging frameworks, presentations, collateral, and proof assets that make the differentiated value story clear, repeatable, and revenue‐driven.
  • Translate product innovation into market value – partner with Product Management to turn roadmap updates into customer‐facing value stories.
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence – maintain battlecards, win/loss insights, and market proof to guide GTM priorities.
  • Use the Voice of the Customer – drive a structured VOC approach to gather, synthesize, and apply customer insights that strengthen messaging and enablement.
  • Enable Sales and Partners – deliver playbooks, training, and co‐marketing assets that increase confidence and consistency in every selling motion.
  • Collaborate on strategy – partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to shape GTM strategy, campaign alignment, and platform‐level messaging frameworks.
  • Measure and refine – track impact across pipeline creation, win rates, and content adoption; adjust messaging and programs accordingly.

What You'll Need

  • 8–12 years in product marketing and GTM strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS – experience in supply chain is mandatory.
  • Deep familiarity with logistics and control tower, order‐to‐cash, or supplier collaboration technology, ideally within a network‐based or multi‐enterprise platform model.
  • Experience driving data‐as‐a‐product GTM strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop differentiated messaging that drives measurable revenue impact and pipeline conversion.
  • Experience leading product launches, gathering customer insight, and translating it into clear market messaging.
  • Background in high‐growth or transformation‐stage companies, where clarity, speed, and alignment matter most.
  • Hands‐on experience developing and using AI agents for research, persona development and content development at scale.

Success Measures

  • Launch Performance: All launches delivered on time with complete GTM assets, messaging, and enablement; measurable contribution to pipeline within 90 days.
  • Messaging Impact: Clear, differentiated messaging adopted across Sales, Marketing, and Partner channels; evidence of message consistency in live opportunities and campaigns.
  • Enablement Adoption: 90%+ of Sales and Partner teams trained and using approved materials; active utilization tracked through CRM or enablement platforms.
  • Pipeline & Win Influence: 15–20% improvement in pipeline creation and win rates for assigned portfolio compared to prior period.
  • Partner Activation: At least two partner enablement or co‐marketing programs launched per year, each tied to measurable partner‐led opportunity creation.
  • Customer Voice Integration: Quarterly VOC insights captured and applied to refine at least two key narratives or launch campaigns annually.
  • Market Recognition: Competitive wins, analyst inclusion, or customer proof that demonstrate strengthened category position.
