Tech Talent Partner (India)

Tech Talent Partner – focused 100% on Hiring in India.

Initial focus on Bangalore, then Hydrabad and Mumbai (from March 2026).

High volume of Tech roles c.20, of which 13 need to be filled in H1.

Primary focus is on QA Engineering Roles, with the initial searches being on Senior Managers.

Requirements

• Must have recruited in India before and therefore has a strong understanding of typical processes and how best to engage with Tech candidates within each region.
• Experience of Tech recruitment – specifically QA Engineering (Automated Testing)

• If they have done this in India, then this would be good
