Elements is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to enhance their recruitment strategies in the Greater London area. In this role, you will partner deeply with hiring teams to identify talent needs and oversee the complete hiring process for diverse roles.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Talent industry, particularly in Non Tech sectors like marketing and sales, alongside exceptional relationship-building and organizational skills.

Position requires on-site work three days weekly and is open for a 12-month FTC.
