Elements restaurant which is located in the beautiful Beach Hotel in Bude , Cornwall is looking for an experienced head chef chef to join our team , with immediate effect .

We have been trading since 2012 and have established our selves as a consistently good operation that locals and holiday destination through out the year, serving a busy lunch trade and even busier dinner service , which also have 17 rooms to service for food as well .

We have an Italian style menu , and also run specials along side on a daily basis .

The successful candidate would be responsible for the Following .

Full management of existing kitchen staff working with our General manager

Control of all rotas

Ordering and negotiating with all supplier .

Working on menus and daily specials

Full compliance with food Hygiene and control of all paper work

Designing wedding and Christmas menus

Recruiting staff

Full monthly monthly stock takes .

We would be offering a full salary of between £40,000 and £42500 dependent on experience , plus overtime and performance bonus and fantastic tips, plus pension and 28 days holiday .

We can offer temporary accommodation for short period for anyone that would like to relocate to here .
