We’re looking for a Senior Researcher/Tech Sourcer to embed alongside our partners and their internal teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality pipelines across key business, creative, sales and commercial functions.
As an embedded consultant at Elements, you’ll work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent. Internally, you’ll play an active role in the Elements community, collaborating with peers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to initiatives that help shape our culture and ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and business goals.
- Work in close partnership with Talent Partners and recruiters, offering market insight and research-led recommendations.
- Support effective, inclusive decision-making through data, market knowledge, and candidate insight.
- Own and deliver sourcing strategies across a range of roles, using advanced research techniques beyond LinkedIn (e.g. Boolean and X-ray searching, Slack, AI sourcing tools, and creative sourcing channels).
- Identify and engage high-calibre, passive talent while building and maintaining long-term talent pools.
- Provide market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy and pipeline planning.
- Ensure strong pipeline health across all assigned roles.
- Engage top talent through thoughtful, personalised outreach.
- Conduct screening conversations to assess experience, motivation, and alignment with role and team needs.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and support the building of diverse teams.
- Deliver clear candidate briefings, regular updates, and high-quality feedback to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
About You
- Comfortable working 3 days per week on-site.
- Experience sourcing across Tech (software engineering, AI, Machine Learning).
- Experience building pipelines in a new region.
- Strong research and sourcing capability using advanced and creative methods beyond LinkedIn.
- Confident supporting hiring across multiple levels, from junior to executive.
- Data-driven, organised, and comfortable working at pace in changing environments.
- A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communicator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptable, resilient, and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes.
