The Talent Partner (Tech - Software Engineering) will be embedded alongside our partners and their internal talent teams to deeply understand hiring challenges, organisational structures, and individual team dynamics. You will have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives that further develop our company culture and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess their talent requirements and facilitate a successful hiring process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers across the business.
- Deliver the end-to-end hiring process for roles at all levels, including running effective briefing sessions with hiring managers, applicant screening, compiling strong longlists and shortlists, candidate briefings, interview scheduling, and facilitating feedback sessions to support the successful closing of roles with high-calibre hires.
- Identify and reach out to high-calibre, passive candidates, and maintain relevant candidate pools—engaging them on our partners’ behalf through multiple channels, ensuring the partner’s brand is conveyed accurately at all times.
- Manage active candidates with regular updates on application progress, interview briefings, and detailed, sensitive feedback to ensure an excellent candidate experience and nurture long-term relationships.
- Lead weekly delivery syncs, escalating issues appropriately and proposing solutions to mitigate risks in a timely manner.
- Take responsibility for your own development and proactively seek opportunities to grow.
- Maintain accurate data and produce relevant reports as needed to support effective client communication and commercial decision-making.
- Present and validate your own data reporting to the end partner.
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the Talent industry, either fully in-house or a blend of in-house and RPO.
- Strong knowledge across a variety of Technical Domains (Software engineering preferred).
- Ability to source for a high volume of roles across levels—from junior to executive—within agreed timeframes.
- Strong understanding and analysis of hiring metrics, with the ability to improve processes where needed.
- Driven by delivering exceptional results and building strong business partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
