We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience to support and drive our marketing activity. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is confident managing day-to-day marketing tasks while also contributing ideas and taking ownership of campaigns. You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, consistent content
  • Create marketing assets including posts, email campaigns, and basic graphics
  • Update and manage website content using WordPress, supporting SEO improvements
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases (CRM)
  • Track performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements
  • Support wider business marketing initiatives and promotions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation
  • Experience managing website content using WordPress
  • Confident managing social media accounts and scheduling content
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website content optimisation
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas and improvements
