Elements Kitchens Ltd is a family‑run business with 30 years’ experience designing, supplying and installing high‑quality British, German & Bespoke kitchens for residential developers and private clients across Reading and the South West.

We are recruiting a B2B Kitchen Sales Manager to work directly with our expanding list of housebuilders selling kitchen packages for residential developments. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in housebuilding, QS, construction sales or developer‑focused kitchen sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing relationships with property developers and build teams
  • Securing kitchen packages for residential developments (single plots to multi‑unit schemes)
  • Preparing commercial kitchen specifications and pricing
  • Negotiating with QSs and commercial decision‑makers
  • Managing the sales process from enquiry to order handover
  • Working closely with internal design and project management teams
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in housebuilding, QS, developer sales or kitchen sales
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, cost control and procurement
  • Confident dealing with commercial stakeholders and build professionals
  • Commercially aware, detail‑driven and well organised
