We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled maintenance operative to join our small, friendly team.

The role will involve carrying out a variety of remedial, guarantee and general maintenance works, as well as kitchen rip-outs and assisting with other work on site as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out remedial and maintenance works to a high standard.
  • Complete guarantee and snagging works.
  • Carry out kitchen rip-outs and associated works.
  • Assist other trades and colleagues on site when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes and on building sites.
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake other types of work as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is

  • Multi-skilled and practical, with good general building/maintenance experience.
  • Reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • Experienced in maintenance, remedial or general building work (preferred).
