Elements Academy is seeking a Family Support Manager to join our dedicated team. You will promote and actively support the mental health and wellbeing of students by developing and delivering SEMH interventions, working one-to-one or in small groups with the aim of reducing SEMH deficits and creating long-term positive outcomes for pupils.
You will act as the Senior DDSL assisting the DSL and other DDSLs in safeguarding pupils, staff and visitors through effective policies and procedures.
