We are looking to appoint a HLTA - Cover Supervisorto join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy.
To provide short term cover across key stages and curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.
To plan, deliver, monitor and review academic interventions to support pupils’ needs as identified through baseline assessments and/or My Support Plan or Educational, Health and Care Plan
To provide practical support for learning and developing social skills whilst promoting pupils’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
