The role manages a defined portfolio of accounts across A, B, and C segments, with a primary focus on developing strategic relationships with key and mid-sized customers while ensuring consistent service and growth across the broader customer base.This position combines strong commercial ownership with technical understanding, enabling the effective translation of ingredient innovation into customer value. The Sales Executive works closely with Technical Service, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesDrive profitable growth across the UK account portfolio: manage and grow a portfolio of direct accounts within the UK territory. Prioritize efforts across account tiers to maximize revenue and margin impact. Deliver sustainable growth aligned with business objectivesDevelop and execute strategic account plans:Develop and execute account plans for key (A) and mid-tier (B) customers. Identify growth levers including new applications, product penetration, and innovation projects. Build long-term partnerships to increase share of wallet and customer retentionIdentify and convert new business opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects. Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with portfolio priorities. Experience: min 5 years of experience in B2B sales management in the Personal Care industry or specialty chemicals. Experience managing direct customer portfolios is essential3. IT Skills: Advanced computer software capabilities like MS Office 4. Language Skills: Fluent in English5. Working arrangements: Home office based within the midlands of UK6.
