This role will be integral in developing data and sales tools to support our personal care product line. This role involves managing and evaluating product performance studies, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting research methodology and survey development. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand and support customer needs under the direction of the Global Manager of Performance Validation.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for performance evaluation of existing and new technologies in the personal care product range to support business unit strategies.
- You will design experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits (with new formula bases, raw ingredients and processing techniques).
- You will organize panel testing to evaluate sensory and performance benefits.

Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English.
Working arrangements: Lab position, on site 5 days weekly.
Traveling required: Trade shows, customer visits as required.
