Elementa Support Services is supporting a well-known school in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, to recruit a Geography Teacher on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified education professional, passionate about making a positive impact in a vibrant learning environment. The role is part-time, working a 0.8 contract across four days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The successful candidate will deliver Geography across Key Stages 3 to 5, including GCSE and A-Level. We are seeking a teacher with a strong background in Humanities, particularly Geography, with QTS or QTLS. Experience with classroom and behaviour management is essential, as the role requires creating an engaging and disciplined environment that supports diverse learners at various academic levels.
Responsibilities:- Deliver Geography across Key Stages 3 to 5, including GCSE and A-Level.
- Work part-time 0.8 across four days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Uphold high standards of classroom and behaviour management to create an engaging and disciplined learning environment.
- Support diverse learners at various academic levels.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Strong background in Humanities, particularly Geography.
- Experience with classroom and behaviour management.

Candidate commitment: Weekly pay with no waiting for monthly payroll cut-off dates; Elementa pays one week in lieu. PAYE contract unless a candidate specifically requests it; all candidates are paid via PAYE giving them the protections and payment structure of a traditional employer-employee relationship.
