About the Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching PSHE, ideally within a SEND or alternative provision setting
- A strong understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health needs of children and young people with SEND
- A nurturing, flexible, and trauma-informed approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, working confidently with pupils, colleagues, and families
Contract & Recruitment Information
