About the Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a middle school or secondary-style curriculum, ideally in a SEND or specialist provision
- Strong knowledge of supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- A nurturing, structured, and inclusive approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent behaviour management skills with the ability to adapt and differentiate lessons across a range of abilities
- Confidence in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core and foundation subjects
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, working effectively with pupils, colleagues, and families
Contract & Recruitment Information
