We anticipate the initial cohort to be Key Stage 1 and learning would be delivered in an ALP style/format however, in line with the National Curriculum for English & Maths and following the THRIVE approach. • (essential) primary curriculum delivery experience
  • (essential) SEND experience relating to Autism, SEMH, ADHD, trauma

  • have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • have experience of working with children who have had to overcome barriers and difficult situations
  • have the desire to go through training and deliver ideas so that ideas can be implemented.

Our business is growing to reach an increasingly wider profile of learner. Invariably, the learners we support have additional needs, an EHCP or are Gifted & Talented. Fundamentally our business is wholly child-centered to creatively meet the needs of every learner.
