Elementa recruitment partners with Elmtree Sands School in Plymouth to recruit a SEND Teacher for a new cohort opening September 2026. The role focuses on learners with Autism, SEMH, Trauma and ADHD, requiring a Fully Qualified Teacher with UK QTS. The initial team will work autonomously as part of a small teaching group.

Post is full-time, 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 60-day paid trial before potential permanent appointment. Salary will reflect MPS/UPS and experience.
