Elementa are a recruitment partner for this provision and are supporting in the recruitment of an Art Teacher to join their dedicated team in West Drayton. The Alternative Provision supports students who benefit from a more personalised and nurturing learning environment. The setting plays a vital role within the local community, working closely with families and partner agencies to re-engage learners and support positive outcomes.
