Elementa is a schools support and services company that provides training, staffing, recruitment, education consultancy and governance services. The role will be delivered via an apprenticeship pathway, with no previous experience required. You will be expected to develop skills in recruitment operations, background compliance, vetting and resource‑matching for both internal and external employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day recruitment operations.
- Conduct and verify background compliance and vetting checks, including DBS enhanced disclosures.
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates for internal and external roles.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for recruitment activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with child‑protection and safer recruitment guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent telephone communication and time‑management skills.
- General office administration experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong work ethic, commitment, and passion for recruitment.
- Previous experience or strong understanding of compliance, vetting, safer recruitment and safeguarding is highly desirable.
