What you'll be doing

As an NQT, you'll:

• Deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning

• Bring your subject to life through high-quality teaching aligned with the Curriculum for Wales

• Create an inclusive, positive classroom where every learner can thrive

• Assess progress and help students reach their full potential

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Become an active member of a supportive school community while continuing your own professional development

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

• Has achieved, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register

• Is passionate about education and committed to helping every learner succeed

• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow as an educator

• Wants to make a genuine difference in Welsh-medium education

• EWC registration in the appropriate categories

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure (chargeable at £64.20 unless subscribed to the Update Service)

• Right to work in the UK
