Building positive, consistent relationships will be key to helping students develop confidence, resilience, independence, and engagement with learning.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team committed to transforming the educational experiences of young people who may have faced barriers to learning in mainstream settings.

- Is confident supporting learners on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
- Can build positive and trusting relationships with students who may have experienced difficulties within education.
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Is adaptable, proactive, and able to respond positively to changing situations.
- Has good ICT and administrative skills.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Support learners to engage positively in lessons and wider educational activities.
- Assist with implementing EHCP targets, behaviour support plans, and intervention programmes.
- Promote emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and social development.
- Support students with literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills development.
- Monitor and record student progress, behaviour, and engagement.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
