Elementa Wales is seeking an experienced and resilient support staff member to join a through school in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Working from 8am to 1pm across four or five mornings each week, you will provide structured one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEBD needs.
You will use Team Teach approaches, promote engagement and emotional regulation, and work closely with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding staff, recording and reporting concerns as appropriate.
