We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
  • Has achieved, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register
  • Is passionate about education and committed to helping every learner succeed
  • Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow as an educator
  • Wants to make a genuine difference in Welsh-medium education
