We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs) from all subject specialisms to join our network of fantastic primary, secondary, and specialist schools across South Wales. Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that help every learner succeed
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Planning and assessing learning in line with the curriculum
- Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Promoting high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing
- Developing your skills with the support of experienced school leaders and mentors
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or is due to achieve it)
- Is passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives
- Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is happy for us to assist with obtaining one)
- Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
