Elementa Support Services Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Mentors for a new SEND school in Plymouth opening September 2026.
The role includes 1:1 support, classroom and outdoor learning, using creative resources and following learner programmes to progress outcomes.
We’re seeking candidates with SEND experience (SEMH, trauma), good numeracy and literacy, and strong communication and ICT skills.
This is a temp-to-perm post with a trial period and daily rate of £111.30–£133.70.
