An established and well-regarded childcare provider is seeking an experienced Crèche Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused setting. The Role: The successful Crèche Manager will hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience in a senior role within a nursery or crèche environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and leading a diverse, customer-focused team in a highly service-driven setting
  • Developing strong relationships with on-site partners, leadership teams, and the local community
  • Ensuring children are engaged in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and security
  • Leading the planning and delivery of activity programmes and contributing to the ongoing development of the setting
  • Promoting organisational values and delivering an excellent customer experience

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (we can assist with this if not already in receipt)
  • Experience working with children aged 3–10 years
  • Previous experience building, leading, and developing teams
  • A strong background in customer service, hospitality, or a similar people-focused environment
  • The ability to develop a clear vision for the setting, supported by creative and engaging programmes
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and completing basic administrative tasks
