We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in schools across Croydon, London. This is a general recruitment advert for candidates who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

The role is ideal for experienced SEND Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, Care Workers, or individuals with transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable people who are interested in working within education.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support
  • Assisting students with additional learning, communication, social, emotional, or physical needs
  • Implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Supporting positive behaviour
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment

Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient, adaptable, and committed to promoting the wellbeing, independence, and progress of every student. A calm, professional approach and an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities are essential.

Contract & Recruitment Information:
