Are you a confident Welsh speaker with experience working with children and a passion for education? Elementa Support Services is working closely with primary and secondary schools across Wales to recruit Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to support classrooms and ensure continuity of learning. The Role
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with their learning and engagement
- Communicate confidently in Welsh to support Welsh‑medium and bilingual settings
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school‑based experience desirable)
- Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of learners
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can help)
- Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration (or willingness to register)
