Join Our Team as a Nursery Assistant – Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan
Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and explore in their early years? Elementa Support Services is looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to support young learners in nurturing nursery environments across Cardiff & the Vale of Glamorgan.
What You’ll Do:
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Help deliver activities in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment
- Work alongside experienced practitioners to inspire and guide children
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children
- EWC registration (required)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply – we’ll help!)
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
Desirable:
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- Understanding of Welsh early years practice or language
