Are you passionate about supporting young children during their early years? Elementa Support Services Wales are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work in friendly and supportive nursery settings across the region.
The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Curriculum for Wales and early years best practice. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in an early years or childcare setting
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply – we can support you with this)
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Desirable
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- Understanding of the Welsh early years framework
