Elementa is recruiting confident, enthusiastic individuals to support pupils by delivering pre-planned lessons and helping create positive learning environments where young people can thrive.
The Role
- You’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring learning continues by:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and positivity
- Encouraging pupil participation and engagement
- Supporting Welsh-medium learning environments
- Providing feedback to teaching staff after each lesson
- Following school safeguarding procedures at all times
No lesson planning or marking required.
We're Looking For
You’ll be
- A fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
- Confident leading groups of young people
- Passionate about supporting children's learning
- Calm, adaptable and professional
- Experienced working with children or young people (school experience is desirable but not essential)
You’ll also need
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC Registration (or willingness to register)
- Ideal For
