- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with confidence delivering engaging lessons to Year 4 and Year 5 pupils.
- A passion for creating an inclusive, stimulating learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.
- The ability to plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of learners with a range of abilities through effective differentiation.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with high expectations for learning and pupil progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- A collaborative approach to working as part of a school team, alongside the flexibility and organisation needed to thrive in a part-time role across two days per week.
- A commitment to safeguarding, promoting pupil wellbeing and contributing positively to the wider school community.
