Elementa is recruiting a 1:1 Learning Support Mentor to support SEND learners (SEMH, trauma, ADHD, ASC) at our Bristol site in Fishponds.
Start ASAP/Sept 2026; term-time hours; temp-to-perm opportunity.
Role involves individual learner support, classroom and outdoor activities, safeguarding, and collaboration with staff to implement learner programmes.
Strong communication and empathy are essential.
