Elementa is recruiting dedicated SENCOs to join a network of schools and education settings across Somerset, with both full-time and part-time roles available. As a SENCO you will lead SEND provision, collaborate with senior leaders, teachers, parents and external professionals, and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
