This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, school office professional, receptionist, or individual with strong administrative and customer service skills who is looking to work within a welcoming primary school environment.
The School Administrator will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing administrative support to the school office
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Welcoming parents, pupils, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate school records
- Supporting attendance administration
- Assisting teaching and senior leadership staff
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using office and school-based systems, and demonstrate a calm, professional, and approachable manner when dealing with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
