We’re partnering with an emerging direct-to-consumer beauty business looking for an Ecommerce Manager to drive online performance, optimise the customer journey, and support ambitious growth plans across the UK & US market.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and optimise the Shopify ecommerce website to maximise revenue and customer engagement.
  • Oversee product launches, merchandising, promotions, pricing, and website content.
  • Analyse ecommerce performance and deliver actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless ecommerce operation.
  • Support digital marketing performance through data-driven decision making and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • 5 years' experience in ecommerce management or ecommerce trading.
  • Proven success growing and optimising Shopify websites.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion, Recharge, Okendo, Triple Whale, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
