Overview
As Product Manager, you will own the strategy and lifecycle for Fernox’s residential product lines, aligning market needs with product innovation. You’ll work closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations to bring products to market and optimize performance. You will engage customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for impact, shaping the portfolio to support growth and profitability. This role offers a chance to influence both technical direction and commercial outcomes in a global HVAC/water treatment context.

Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned lines
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and competitive position
- Specify product requirements and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to launch new products
- Manage full product lifecycle from launch to phase-out
- Provide product training, technical documentation, and GTM strategies to commercial teams
- Monitor product performance and profitability and adjust as needed
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and drive innovations
Key requirements
- 3-5 years in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles in HVAC
- Solid understanding of heating and cooling industry, applications, and regulatory environments
- Experience working in international markets or with global teams
- Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
