Who are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing quality function and ensure our products consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, driving compliance, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization. What will you be doing? As Quality Manager, you will: Lead the quality function : Manage quality control and assurance activities across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global standards. Maintain and improve quality systems : Oversee ISO certifications, internal audits, and document control processes. Ensure regulatory compliance : Monitor adherence to industry regulations (e.g., REACH, ISO, GMP) and support external audits and inspections. Drive root cause analysis and CAPAs : Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with Manufacturing, R significant experience in a quality leadership role within manufacturing or specialty chemicals. We are Offering...
