Element Six connects bold ideas with brilliant people to decarbonise the built environment, one candidate at a time.
Our firm partners across climate and built-world technology, combining search expertise with an impact ethos and industry partnerships that strengthen the ecosystem.
We’re hiring a Content Lead to take our content production from a solid 6/10 to the go‑to source of insight and storytelling at the intersection of climate tech and media.
This is a hands‑on production role with the remit to shape strategy and execute at pace. We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the camera, in the edit, and in front of an analytics dashboard, while also having the instinct to steer a content calendar that speaks to founders, leaders, and the climate tech community.
We already publish content through The Climate Gap, featuring podcasts, YouTube, LinkedIn, as well as short‑form and long‑form conversations. But this is just the beginning.
With the right Content Lead, we aim to raise the bar, refine our formats, and establish the most respected media presence in our space.
What You’ll Do?
- Short‑form first: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality clips for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Run the production flow for our YouTube channel, including uploads, thumbnails, titles, playlists, metadata, and analytics.
- Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and in‑person shoots into engaging, snackable content.
- Own the rhythm of content releases, working fast and shipping often.
- Experiment with new formats, including documentary‑style, live events, and long‑form, and scale what works.
- Track and optimise performance, turning data into sharper ideas and bigger audiences.
- Develop and maintain a streamlined content strategy that fosters growth and drives brand leadership.
What You Bring?
- Proven experience in video production: podcasts, webinars, short‑form, documentary‑style videos.
- Ability to run end‑to‑end: from camera and sound through to editing and publishing.
- Strong storytelling instincts: hooks, titles, packaging, and repurposing.
- Evidence of growing audiences on YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
- Fast, resourceful, and confident, working independently while collaborating with leadership.
- You bring your own tech & equipment.
Bonus point? You have a passion for climate tech and/or the built environment.
Compensation:
- Basic: Super Competitive + Bonus
- Benefits include: Pension, Private Health Care, Well Being Package, Quarterly Retreats, etc.
Why Join us?

For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to travel internationally for shoots, events, and on‑site productions, capturing stories at the heart of climate tech’s growth.
