In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, from developing lasting client partnerships and winning new business, to sourcing top talent and managing placements end-to-end. What You'll Be Doing
- Building consultative, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Taking detailed job and person specs to shape recruitment strategies
- Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract top talent
- Sourcing, screening and registering high-quality candidates
- Guiding candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Advising clients on salary benchmarks and market trends
- Making proactive sales calls and arranging client meetings
- Negotiating fees and understanding commercial terms confidently
