Are you a people-focused, driven professional ready for your next challenge in recruitment?

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Element Recruitment, where relationships, results, and integrity are at the heart of everything we do!

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, from developing lasting client partnerships and winning new business, to sourcing top talent and managing placements end-to-end. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates success, encourages innovation, and supports your career growth.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Building consultative, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Taking detailed job and person specs to shape recruitment strategies
• Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract top talent
• Sourcing, screening and registering high-quality candidates
• Guiding candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Advising clients on salary benchmarks and market trends
• Making proactive sales calls and arranging client meetings
• Negotiating fees and understanding commercial terms confidently
