You will have exposure to high-quality advice processes and client relationships.

You will be responsible for:
- Drafting suitability letters for advisers
- Maintaining accurate back-office and client data
- Managing financial records in line with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Preparing documentation and organising adviser meetings
- Analysing financial data and supporting best practice across the business
You will have:
- Experience in financial services (Level 4 qualified or working towards preferred)
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Confident using Intelliflo, Timeline, CRM systems, Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working on Apple Mac systems
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
