Element Recruitment are growing business in Somerset seeking a proactive Temporary HR Administrator to support the team. The role will focus on onboarding new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer to induction.
You’ll get to work in a super friendly, and growing team, while being exposed to different elements of HR from Talent, L&D to BP.
- Starting ASAP
- 4 days home working, 1 day in the office (can be more flexible if further afield)
- Based in Somerset
- £14.29 per hour
Key responsibilities
- Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
- Coordinating induction schedules and training
- Completing pre-employment checks
- Supporting managers and employees with HR queries
- Maintaining accurate employee records
Requirements
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
- Previous HR or administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, you’ll bring energy and professionalism to the role
