Element Recruitment are partnering with an innovative Bristol business to support them with a Temporary Client Data Coordinator for an initial 8 week period as part of a project.

This is not a purely data focused role, you will be contacting clients via email, occasionally over the phone for missing supplier data.

For this role you'll need excellent customer service and attention to detail are key.

  • You'll get in work in a lovely office in Central Bristol and support a great team.

Duties include

  • Manage supplier queries and communications
  • Conduct initial reviews of submitted supplier data using validation tools
  • Support supplier onboarding and engagement activities within the project
  • Help achieve service goals including maximising approved product record and supplier participation.

  • Supplier response and engagement rates.
  • Data quality at first review.
  • Number of suppliers reaching approved status.
  • Contribution to approved product record growth and project delivery target
