Our client, a friendly and growing organisation based in Portishead, is seeking a Part-Time Office & HR Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a people-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering efficient administrative support.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll be responsible for a combination of office administration and HR support duties, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and answering the door
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and room bookings
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting with travel arrangements and general office coordination
  • Assisting with company events and team activities
  • HR Administration
  • Supporting employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Preparing employment documentation and maintaining personnel records
  • Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling

You will need
